How can I pre-order items from the collection?

Yes, Infinite Luxe is a limited collection with exclusive pieces. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.

What is Made-to-Order?

Made-to-Order means that each piece is crafted individually for you once your order is placed. Wed do not mass produce, ensuring exclusivity and high quality craftsmanship.

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

At this time, we only offer standard sizes as listed in our Size Guide.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the limited nature of our pieces cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order is Made-to-Order, once production has begun, it cannot be cancelled. All other order cancellations requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Our collection features luxurious fabrics such as silky stretch satin, 100% cotton, and lightweight linen.

What are the shipping options?

We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders placed before 11AM GMT will be processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends) Any orders placed after this time or weekends will be shipped the next working day.

Please note: During our busiest periods, such as product launch days or holidays, order processing may take up to 5-7 working days.

Made-to-Order Pieces: These are individually crafted for you and typically take 2-3 weeks for production before shipping.
