For made to order, please allow up to 5 working days for us to prepare and process your order.

Standard Delivery: £3.99 

2 - 4 Working Days

UK Next Day Delivery: £5.99

Order by 11AM Monday to Friday

We do not offer next day delivery on weekends at the moment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds:

We only accept refunds if the item is faulty. The item must be unworn with the original packaging.

Please contact us if the item is faulty, the item is to be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Once we receive the item, we will then inspect it.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item.

Exchanges:

 We’re happy to accept exchanges on unworn items, with tags in original condition with tags an/or ribbons.

 (Made to order pieces not included)   

The item is to be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you, once we receive the item we will then inspect it.

If the replacement item costs less than the original item, we will refund the difference back to your original payment method. If the replacement item costs extra, we will arrange for an alternative way for you to pay the difference.

Exchanges are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges on items from the made to order pieces.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

• Intimate items  (for health/hygiene reasons)
